    Four Winds Interactive seeks a Front Desk Reception/Concierge that will maintain and ensure the safety and security of staff and customers visiting our Headquarters in Denver, CO

    This high visibility position will welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.


    The compensation package will be aligned to each candidate’s experience and qualifications. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.



    • Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client employees and guests
    • Answer questions and assist guests and employees
    • Answer phones or greet guests / employees in a professional, welcoming manner
    • Assists Facilities manager on purchasing, budgeting.
    • Basic vendor management. 
    • Perform administrative duties for an individual, group, or department. 
    • Prepare reports and correspondence. 
    • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations. 
    • Remain knowledgeable of business unit policies. 
    • May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature. 
    • Monitor access to buildings and grounds. 
    • Report safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing
    • Support Recruiting team with scheduling and coordinating interviews
    • Performs general tasks and completes routine assignments.
    • Receives assistance in the completion of more complex assignments.
    • High customer service role - interacting with all incoming guests and employees to maintain friendly & safe working environment



    • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
    • Experience working with phone systems
    • Customer service expertise
    • High level of attention to detail
    • HS Diploma required
    • Associates or advanced education preferred.


    Helpfull for success:

    • CPR, AED, & First Aid training & certification 
    • Deescalation - PMAB (Prevention & Management of Aggressive Behavior) or similar training
