The Director of Project Delivery is a significant role for Four Winds Interactive with a tremendous opportunity to impact our customer base and the growth of the organization. You will build and execute the strategic vision for the department, and partner with resources, both internal to the team and those throughout the company, to achieve that vision. You must possess the ability to lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork, and effectively communicate at all levels within the organization. This role will play a key role in establishing the Project Delivery organization as a center of excellence, therefore you must be able to manage change and take active leadership in developing & implementing processes. This role reports to the Vice President of Solution Design and Delivery. The compensation package will be aligned to each candidate’s experience and qualifications. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Capable of defining the strategic vision for the department and coordinating efforts through both the team's management layer and direct interface with individual contributors
  • Analysis of department and individual performance to identify trends and initiatives that will optimize efficiency and revenue attainment
  • Revision and delivery of current implementation methodology and process to increase agility and efficiency to ensure consistent project execution
  • Identify efficiencies across the delivery organization that can be implemented to drive achievement of company goals
  • Involved in business development with the Operations and Sales organizations to resolve delivery issues with a focus on maximizing productivity
  • Drive accountability and ability to tie individual performance to the success of the company as a whole.
  • Define and implement scalable onboarding standard for all project managers
  • Manage escalations to attain customer satisfaction while maintaining responsibility to company goals
  • Prepare, analyze, and present data corresponding to delivery initiatives to an executive audience
  • Oversee PM billing to ensure utilization is achieved while monitoring overall customer satisfaction
  • Clear, concise communication of ongoing initiatives, challenges, and personnel items
  • Support and advise on resource allocation initiatives to ensure adequate resourcing for all projects
  • Coordination with department/company leadership to foster culture of unity
  • Weekly one-on-one’s with direct reports and ownership of team meeting

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leadership experience delivering enterprise solutions
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office 365
  • Hands on familiarity working with enterprise level customers delivering on their vision
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to proactively recognize and communicate the needs to the team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer facing skills up to the C-Level
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • PMP certification and/or Scrum Master certification preferred
