  • Overview

    Four Winds Interactive seeks an Operations Administrator to work in the Professional Services Department. This position will focus on administration of multiple tasks for the Professional Services teams, including but not limited to time entry review and enforcement, data quality management, coordination of Operation team meetings and, the curation and management of all Professional Service teams process documentation.


    The Operations Administrator reports to the Sr Resource Manager and is not a management position.  All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.


    • Own data maintenance activities for Professional Service related salesforce.com objects
      • Audit project task assignment for team members on a weekly basis to ensure accurate forecasting
      • Work one on one with team members as necessary to ensure accurate project task data
    • Own the time entry and approval process to ensure adherence to timelines communicated and SLAs for submittal and approval
    • Own the administration of PSA tool and data
    • Own the curation and management of a central repository of core Professional Service process documentation
    • Own the running of the Operations department meeting
    • Own and manage content and the delivery of onboard training for new team members in the areas of salesforce.com administration, time entry and utilization
    • Own customer installation survey follow-up and results communication to Sales, Account Management and Implementation teams
    • Own Program administrative support needs
    • Support the Process improvement and Business intelligence team on internal operations and automation projects as assigned
    • Support Resource Management to deliver weekly reporting for PS revenue, utilization, customer satisfaction and project backlog
    • Support Resource Management in the setup of projects and resource assignments
    • Provide process improvement feedback and suggestions in all areas of ownership
    • Other tasks as necessary


    Education & Experience:

    • Associates degree or relevant experience

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to collaborate cross functionally
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities
    • Experience with creating PowerPoint presentations
    • Experience with Excel and basic data reporting
    • Preferred: Experience with SalesForce – creating reports, dashboards, metrics
