Four Winds Interactive seeks an Associate Solution Consultant to work as a part of the Professional Services team. The Associate Solution Consultant is a key member of the Professional Services organization, and is a member the primary member of the sales account team representing professional services. This role is a combination of consultative selling, account nurturing and strategic delivery.


The compensation package will be aligned to each candidates experience and qualifications. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.


  • Responsible for understanding and capturing the customer’s business and functional requirements for accurate solution scoping through in-depth knowledge of the customer’s visual communications initiatives, strategies, and tactics
  • Validate customer problems through inquiry while providing insight, value, and efficient use of supported platform functionality
  • Work as a floating member of the team to provide Customer Success Managers (CSM) and on demand pre-sales support to targeted accounts
  • Work alongside the CSM/Account Executive and Sales Engineer to understand the customer need and craft a solution that elegantly melds the business needs of the customer with the functional strengths of the platform
  • Lead and deliver requirements gathering and scoping sessions with customer and internal resources
  • Clearly articulate and present depth and breadth of FWI professional services capabilities and offerings
  • Create accurate professional service solution proposals and statements of work based on customer requirements that address both short and long term needs
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of delivery processes, roles, and best practices such that scoping estimates are accurate, well documented, effectively mitigate risk and clearly communicate value to the customer
  • Collaboratively navigate cross-functional internal teams to align the best resources for the creation of the appropriate solution across a wide variety industries and their unique business challenges
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base of product, industry and market trends
  • Demonstrate the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical and executive audiences
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of both sales and delivery methodology
  • Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity and energy – the ability to understand the customer's true pain points and apply our solutions creatively to establish a differentiated architecture and solution
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding team environment, understand and be responsive to customer needs, work under tight deadlines, work independently, and a willingness to take ownership of problems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adaptable to changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors or advanced degree, or similar professional experience.
  • Demonstrable familiarity and understanding of elements of the following:
    • Solution Consulting
    • Customer success strategy
    • Software sales
    • Pre-sale software consulting
    • Software solution implementation
    • SOW/Document creation
    • Sales Engineering
