The Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) works with the Sales Team and Marketing Team to identify new company sales opportunities within a specified vertical and/or designated geographic coverage area. The LGS will generate calls and emails to prospects that are identified through various efforts, including lead lists, target campaigns, seminars, the company CRM system and other lead generation resources with the goal of converting leads into qualified sales opportunities. This position must have a strong understanding of the company and product portfolio and be able to accurately communicate the value propositions of each over the phone. The successful candidate will be professional, responsive, punctual and a motivated team player who is interested in building a career while helping to grow the business. The LGS will report to the Director of Sales Enablement.
